Product records ready before launch day
Bloom is a natural-cosmetics micro-workshop. Aniela develops formulas, commissions tests and prepares limited runs, while every launch requires the same information to be assembled in several places.
Every Bloom product had a formula, test results, description, photos and a packaging design. Files came from different partners, so before launch Aniela manually compared ingredient names, sizes and warnings.
The final week was always the hardest
When one element was missing, the entire process stopped. Sometimes the correct document existed, but lived in an old folder version or under a name nobody except its author remembered.
One source of product information
In Quantira, every cosmetic item has a complete change history. The agent organises data and highlights inconsistencies, while Aniela or the appropriate specialist makes the approval decision. The system supports expert review; it does not replace it.
Launch without late-night copying
After implementation, all product cards are complete and collection preparation is eight hours shorter. The team enters launch week with a clear task list instead of a pile of unnamed attachments.
