2. The service and the subscription
We provide access to the Platform, including hosting, updates and technical support, as described on the Pricing page.
One subscription includes every module. We may develop and change features without materially reducing the core functionality.

[TODO: confirm sales-tax collection/registration obligations by state (nexus) before go-live; this section makes no representation about tax compliance in any particular state.]
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the Platform lawfully, not to upload unlawful content, and to keep your account credentials secure.
You remain the seller to your own customers and the party responsible for data you process in your store; the Platform provides tools that support those obligations.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
We are not responsible for your business decisions made on the basis of data, reports or suggestions produced by the Platform, including by AI agents — they are advisory.
6. Term and termination
The agreement runs month to month with no annual lock-in. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
You can export your data during the term and before it ends.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts of Delaware.
[TODO: confirm dispute-resolution choice (courts vs. arbitration) and any consumer-protection carve-outs with counsel.]
